Main Responsibilities
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other required documentation.
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and other activities.
Participate in private chat rooms or online discussions, as required, to discuss the product being tested and provide feedback to market research firms.
Write reviews and provide feedback as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, if required.
