Job Summary We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling phone, chat, and email inquiries from our clients and tenants, providing accurate and helpful information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
