**Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers
* Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs
* Assisting customers with supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting their INR values, troubleshooting INR devices, and providing patient support
* Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service
* Maintaining excellent customer service as our core values, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and empathy
* Following all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements, to ensure the confidentiality and security of customer data
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and empathy
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, ensuring seamless call handling and resolution
* Excellent attendance track record, with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service
**Technical Requirements**
As a remote customer service representative, you'll need to meet the following technical requirements:
* Provide your own computer hardware, software, and home internet in a quiet and private environment
* Ensure a stable and secure internet connection, with a minimum of 10+ Mbps bandwidth and Apply Job!
