As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our customer service team, working closely with our passengers to resolve their queries and provide essential travel information. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
