Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring that customer interactions are efficient and effective. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
