Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Monitor processes for outreach and engagement of patients in the Caption Care service, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Contribute to activities within the broader operations team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Support the development of outreach and engagement features in the Caption Care platform, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Work closely with operations teams to outline needs and make recommendations regarding scheduling and call center requirements and features.
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
3-5 years of experience in a healthcare delivery support role, demonstrating a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and patient-centric care.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software, enabling you to effectively utilize technology to drive efficiency and productivity.
