About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status, product information requests, and resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer returns according to established department policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed billing charges and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations and drive business growth.
Provide timely feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions, orders, and issues.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support to customers.


Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:


High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
At least 1 year of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service environment.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications, technical procedures, and training tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with a variety of variables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


Previous experience in a medical technology or healthcare-related industry.
Familiarity with medical terminology and/or medical devices.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
