**Key Responsibilities**

* Communicate accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner, ensuring that all customers understand their payment options and responsibilities

* Set up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card, ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and efficiently
* Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies and procedures, including HIPAA and other relevant regulations

* Work closely with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction
