Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in customer service or related fields being a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our operations run 24/7.
