Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and negotiate payment arrangements for inbound and outbound collections
Provide exceptional service and support to our clients and team members, treating them with respect, appreciation, and courtesy
Demonstrate problem-solving skills by probing or making recommendations for managing complex account situations
Work in a multi-media environment, including emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters, prioritizing work accordingly
Apply knowledge of credit regulations, procedures, and laws to ensure compliance and accuracy
Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer complaints and issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years of previous customer service experience or related field
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making abilities
Strong technical skills, ability to work with multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications
Access to a home office that is free from noise distractions and meets the minimum bandwidth requirement of 40mbps download/5mbps upload

Previous experience in collections or a related field
