Your Role


Researching and providing effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
Accurately documenting call details and maintaining up-to-date records
Communicating empathetically and diplomatically with clear, professional articulation
Meeting team goals for quality and customer satisfaction daily, and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment


What You Bring to the Table
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a commitment to excellence and a positive attitude, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and have proficiency in navigating computer applications. A desire to exceed customer expectations and grow professionally is essential, and previous healthcare experience is a plus. You should also have:

At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably in customer service
A High School Diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year at a single job
Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days, and a flexible availability, including weekends
A typing speed of at least 25 WPM, and a hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
A secure, private work area at home, and a strong work ethic and self-motivation


Job Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a reliable internet connection, and a secure, private work area at home. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Additionally, you should be:

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable with technology and able to navigate multiple computer systems
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
