**Job Summary**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support via phone, email, and online chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently
* Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently
* Engage in online chat inquiries as assigned, providing prompt and helpful responses
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing projects and updates
* Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

**Qualifications**

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
* Ability to pass a background check and drug test within 3 days of hire
* Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet required)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a Call Center environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish Bilingual, a plus
