**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
* Entering application data accurately and efficiently
* Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality service
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Managing time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
* Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and careerzynith's products and services

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* A high level of professionalism, including a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
* Comfort working from home in a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.
