**Job Summary**
We're seeking experienced Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our elite teams, providing exceptional customer experiences and support for individuals navigating the health insurance market. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences consistently, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance on health insurance plans and enrollment processes
* Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Respond to online chat inquiries and provide support via phone and email
* Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines
* Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing projects and updates
* Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines
* Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams
**Essential Qualifications**
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
* High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
* Completion of a background check and health screening
* Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection required (mobile internet service providers and satellite not compatible)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
* Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
* Previous experience in a call center environment
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Spanish bilingual, a plus
