**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and courtesy
* Delivering exceptional customer service experiences consistently, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations
* Managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
* Entering application data accurately and efficiently
* Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
* Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines
* Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure proficiency in arenaflex's systems and processes
* Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
* A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Comfort working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a willingness to learn and grow

**Preferred Experience**

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish bilingual skills, are also a plus.

**Compensation Details**

* Base pay: $14.50 per hour
* Enhanced rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
* Spanish bilingual base pay: $15.50 per hour
* Spanish bilingual enhanced rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

**Requirements**

* Be at least 18 years old
* Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
* Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
* Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
* Complete a background check and health screening
* Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
