Key Requirements: You must reside within 50 miles of Richmond, VA, and be able to commute to our Richmond office when necessary due to prolonged technical issues. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries about benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs. Provide accurate and timely information, ensuring that callers receive the support they need in a professional and courteous manner. Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals, contributing to the team's overall success. Work effectively from home, demonstrating self-sufficiency and the ability to manage your workload independently. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with members and providers. Capacity to work from home and prove self-sufficiency. Must be able to commute to the Richmond, VA office when required due to technical issues. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working remotely in a call center setting. Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare.
