As a Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in this process, working closely with our team to provide top-notch service to our customers. Key Responsibilities Handle emergency signals and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Notify and verify alarm signals, ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers and authorities. Dispatch proper authorities as needed, demonstrating a strong understanding of our services and protocols. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a fair and efficient manner. Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or alarm monitoring environment. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems. Reliable commute to our Manasquan, NJ location for training (within 45 minutes). Preferred qualifications include: Bilingual language skills, with the potential to earn a bilingual differential. Previous experience in an alarm monitoring or related field.
