Essential Qualifications: Current USA resident with a stable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device. Data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute. Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support are helpful but not mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft Word or Excel, or other productivity software. Previous experience with online research studies, focus groups, or product testing.
