About the Role As an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. This includes conducting inbound and outbound calls, creatively problem-solving, and providing sound solutions to customer inquiries. You will also be required to document details of all calls and customer interactions, manage multiple systems and programs simultaneously, and maintain a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers Creatively problem-solve and provide sound solutions to customer inquiries Quickly assess customer needs and provide personalized support Document details of all calls and customer interactions Manage multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously Provide a high level of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Experience handling inbound and outbound calls Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems Basic typing skills Strong customer service and written skills Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to navigate multiple systems and programs simultaneously Basic computer hardware and software knowledge Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers Strong customer service and written skills Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our Independent Contractors with opportunities for growth and development. Compensation and Benefits As a self-employed Independent Contractor with blithequark, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations. You will submit invoices and receive payment for completed services, and you may also be eligible for performance-based pay or other incentives. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers.
