Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing High-Volume Calls : Efficiently and effectively manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Working Variable Schedules : Be available to work nights and weekends, including variable schedules and overtime as necessary. Requirements To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll need: Strong Communication Skills : Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions. Ability to Multitask : Comfort with a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Availability : Availability to work one Saturday per month, and a willingness to work variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
