**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing excellent online customer service via email and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
* Resolving customer issues, recommending suitable products, and processing orders with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Maintaining high accuracy and consistency in communications to enhance customer satisfaction and build trust in our brand.
* Learning and utilizing careerzynith's software to access listings, customer information, and product data, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
* Contributing to a collaborative team environment while handling repetitive and high-volume tasks, working closely with team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or GED, with 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
* Proficient in computer use, including navigating the internet and using software applications.
* ASE certification and prior experience in parts counter service or mechanics are a plus, but not required.
