Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative – Dream Vacation Planner and Travel Coordinator

About the Role Key Responsibilities: Researching destinations, weather, customs, and special activities to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations Booking travel arrangements, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing personalized travel recommendations Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records to ensure seamless communication and follow-up Staying informed about the latest travel industry trends, products, and services through daily training sessions Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
