Stay updated on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to guests, participating in ongoing training and development programs. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. Previous customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
