Job Summary

We're hiring full-time Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our team in the state of Georgia. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, assisting them with inquiries, booking flights, handling complaints, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:


Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
