Booking Management: Assist customers in making flight reservations, modifications, and upgrades. Process payments, issue tickets, and provide guidance on fare rules, refund policies, and ticket restrictions. Travel Guidance: Offer personalized travel recommendations, including destination information, visa requirements, travel advisories, and health and safety protocols. Provide support for special assistance requests, such as wheelchair assistance, pet travel, and unaccompanied minors. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about arenaflex's services, products, and promotions. Educate customers on available amenities, onboard entertainment options, seating configurations, and loyalty program benefits to enhance their travel experience. Technical Support: Assist customers with navigating arenaflex's website, mobile app, and self-service tools. Troubleshoot technical issues, password resets, and login problems to facilitate seamless interactions and online transactions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using designated CRM systems and databases. Generate reports to track customer satisfaction metrics, service trends, and operational performance indicators.
