Essential Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent. 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. The ability to be consistently ready to work and on time as scheduled, with a strong commitment to punctuality and reliability. Reliable internet speed and broadband connection, with a secure area in the home to work from. The ability to work effectively in a work-at-home setting, with minimal supervision and maximum productivity. The understanding that although this is a Work from Home position, you must be located in Las Vegas, NV. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Experience working with technology, including software applications and computer systems. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
