Key Responsibilities Own the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the perfect travel documentation. Tag and lift baggage from scales to conveyor belts, handling luggage that may weigh up to 70 pounds. Operate loading bridges, open, close, and secure aircraft doors, and escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. Utilize excellent communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and enhance overall satisfaction. Work varying shifts, including early morning to overnight, based on operational needs.
