Key Responsibilities

May lead training sessions for clients on promotions and special offers
May conduct post-purchase promotional reviews with clients

May be required to work in a contact center channel, handling client interactions via phone, email, or other channels
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to work


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, employees, and management
