Job Overview The Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) role at blithequark is designed to provide top-notch customer service to our diverse client base. Through a deep understanding of blithequark practices, you will offer tailored solutions that facilitate a unique customer service experience. Your primary function will be to provide inbound phone support to blithequark members throughout their membership lifespan. This role requires a strong ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions and support. As a CSR, you will be working remotely, with a schedule of 10am-7pm after completing the training program. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships. Offer solutions and support to clients through a thorough understanding of blithequark practices and procedures. Answer and place calls in a professional manner, maintaining a high level of call quality and productivity. Focus on achieving "1st call resolution" to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution. Utilize company resources to gather information and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you should possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Ability to show empathy in the workplace, understanding and relating to customer concerns and needs. One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer service. High School diploma required, with excellent customer service skills and attitude. Excellent written and verbal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills, computer proficiency (MS Suite), and a typing speed of 45WPM. Professional appearance, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and bilingual skills are a plus. Occasional overtime may be required, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting business needs. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Knowledge of the automotive industry or online auction platforms, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
