As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and providing technical support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Perform application data entry, online chat inquiries, and other tasks as assigned
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates

Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams


Essential Qualifications

18 years of age or older
Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
Complete a background check and health screening
Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home
Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences


Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
Previous experience in a Call Center environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Spanish Bilingual, a plus
