Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a full-time, seasonal representative, you will work from the comfort of your own home, delivering exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. You will also be required to complete application data entry, respond to online chat inquiries, and engage in creative problem-solving to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support
Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
Complete application data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Respond to online chat inquiries, providing prompt and helpful support to customers
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Engage in creative problem-solving, using flexibility and adaptability to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks and multitasking to meet performance goals


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age or older
Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
Complete a background check and health screening
Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible with our internal systems)


Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications:

Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service


Preferred Experience
While not required, the following preferred experiences will be an asset in this role:

Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
Previous experience in a call center environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Spanish bilingual skills, a plus
