Key Responsibilities Create or update records with new files and information, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Input paperwork into an electronic database, maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information Update records with new information, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate Input paperwork into an electronic database, utilizing your knowledge of Microsoft Office to efficiently manage data Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a good command of English. You will also need to have incredible patience, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized, even in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and you should be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in customer service is an asset.
