About the Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering amazing customer experiences to our potential and current parent-clients. You will be part of our Customer Success team, responsible for building scalable systems and processes that ensure a great customer journey. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support and consultation to parents and students, addressing their concerns, and fostering positive, long-lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

Act as the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly and efficiently.
Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction.
Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner.
Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls.
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to build scalable systems and processes that ensure a great customer journey.
Stay up-to-date with our products and services, providing accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries.


What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Previous customer service or customer-facing related experience, highly desired.
A passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, attentive, and skilled approach to understanding customer needs.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Quick and clear communication, with a knack for timely responses and a strong ability to work independently.
Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential, as you will be communicating with parents and students who speak Mandarin.


Essential Qualifications
In addition to the above requirements, you should:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, or education) preferred.
Be comfortable working in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Be available to work 30-40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes 8:30am - 5:30pm (Pacific Time).
Be proficient in using technology, including WeChat, email, and phone systems, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

Experience working in the education technology industry or a related field.
Knowledge of customer service software and systems, with experience using CRM systems or other customer service tools.
Certifications or training in customer service, communications, or a related field.
