Job Overview As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will serve as a liaison between our company and current customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues, complaints, and inquiries. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of every decision and behavior, while maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting personal and team targets. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with empathy and understanding. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives to meet their needs, including assisting with supply reorders, tracking supply shipments, reporting INR values, troubleshooting INR devices, and providing patient support. Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, while maintaining excellent customer service as our core value. Follow all regulatory policies and procedures, including HIPAA requirements, to ensure compliance and protect sensitive customer information. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to document calls, issues, and resolutions. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Previous experience working from home and/or in a call center is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Excellent phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attendance track record, with a commitment to reliability and punctuality. High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in basic computer skills and software applications.
