Remain professional and composed when dealing with difficult or emotional callers
Utilize Microsoft Office and internet navigation to access patient information and complete tasks
Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring that all calls are handled efficiently and effectively
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet navigation, with accurate keyboard and typing skills. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice, are essential. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment, with access to high-speed internet and a personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace.
Essential Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with a minimum of 30 words per minute
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
Ability to work evening, weekend shifts, and holidays, with paid time off at 1.5 times the regular rate
