As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers seeking assistance with medical-related inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process incoming calls, gather relevant information, and relay it to our team of clinicians. Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls from patients, families, and healthcare providers, and provide exceptional customer service and support
Gather and document relevant information from callers, and relay it to our team of clinicians in a timely and accurate manner
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate complex and emotionally charged situations
Work effectively in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, to achieve performance goals and objectives
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer care skills and knowledge of telehealth services
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you will need to have:

Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with the ability to meet minimum requirements
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
