Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping to unveil the mystery of finding and enrolling in health insurance. You'll be the face of our company, providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
Enter application data accurately and efficiently
Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines
Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks and multitasking as needed
Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age or older
Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
Complete a background check and health screening
Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)
Essential Qualifications:
Moderate to advanced computer skills
High level of comfort learning new technology
High level of professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working from home
Self-motivated and success-driven
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
Previous experience in a call center
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
