Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry * Providing technical support and managing customer accounts * Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels * Managing multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing and multitasking to meet deadlines and deliver results * Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism * Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace * Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, would be an asset.
