Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently Manage customer accounts, provide technical support, and respond to online chat inquiries as assigned Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines Complete extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent on passing required exams Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 18 years of age Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace Use a personal laptop or desktop computer for the training period, with a cable/fiber broadband internet connection and a hard-wired ethernet connection Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period Complete a background check and health screening Essential Qualifications: Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated workspace and minimal distractions Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles Previous experience with group and/or individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act Previous experience in a call center environment, with familiarity with CRM systems and practices Spanish bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees. Enhanced rates are available, contingent on weekly attendance and performance, with Spanish bilingual rates starting at $15.50 per hour.
