About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As the face of our company, you'll be the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary function will be to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations. You'll also be responsible for other office support functions as needed. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and personalized experience. Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, residences, and other locations. Offer solutions and support to meet customer needs, using a thorough understanding of Copart practices. Answer and place calls in a professional manner, focusing on call quality, knowledge, and professionalism. Resolve calls efficiently, using company resources to gather information and offer solutions. Participate in chat and email customer support as needed. Maintain accurate records and reports. Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred. Excellent customer service skills and attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with office equipment and MS Suite. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Typing speed of 45 WPM. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual skills. Experience with customer service software and technology. Knowledge of the automotive industry.
