**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls regarding orders, returns, and product inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Providing detailed information about careerzynith products, services, and policies to customers.
* Assisting customers with navigating the careerzynith website and mobile app.
* Resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Documenting customer interactions and escalating complex issues as needed.
* Meeting performance goals and targets related to response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* Quality Monitoring (QM) score: 95% or higher

**Requirements**

To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and systems
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
