**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of inbound customer calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns, and offering solutions to enhance their shopping experience
* Utilizing problem-solving skills to de-escalate unique situations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Working effectively in a virtual environment, navigating multiple systems and screens to assist customers and troubleshoot technical issues

**What We Offer:**

* Additional $0.60/hour for qualified bilingual specialists
* Automatic pay increases every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour after 24 months

**Requirements:**
To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will need:
* To reside in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia
* A high school diploma or equivalent

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple systems and screens
* Self-provided computer or laptop with Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
* High-speed internet connection and headset compatible with careerzynith specifications
