Career Growth and Personal Development Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat Help customers resolve technical issues and answer questions about our clients' products and services Assist in correcting billing concerns and addressing customer complaints Ensure the appropriateness of social media content and adhere to our company's social media policies Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations Your Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion.
