**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Answering phone calls for product and service questions, providing accurate and timely information to customers, and suggesting relevant products or services to enhance their experience.
* Responding to email correspondence quickly and competently, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Processing, picking, and packaging orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely and efficient manner.
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed, such as data entry, record keeping, and faxing.
* Multi-tasking with speed and ease, switching between multiple screens and programs to provide quick and accurate information to customers.
* Performing other basic functions, such as filling, record keeping, and data entry, as required.

**Essential Qualifications**

* The ability to work 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, in a remote setting.
