Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Booking appointments with clients to discuss their coverage options and provide personalized support

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A working computer with a camera for Zoom, allowing you to connect with our team and clients remotely
A flexible schedule, enabling you to work effectively in a remote environment and meet the needs of our clients
Good people skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with our clients and team members
Honesty, integrity, and dependability, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients
