Key Responsibilities: Handle Emergency Signals: Respond promptly and professionally to emergency signals, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and relevant authorities. Notify/Verify Alarm Signals: Verify alarm signals, assess situations, and take necessary actions to ensure customer safety and property protection. Dispatch Proper Authorities: Coordinate with and dispatch relevant authorities, such as law enforcement or emergency services, as needed to respond to emergency situations. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences through active listening, empathy, and effective communication. Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately document and record customer interactions, alarm signals, and response actions. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment. Weekends, Holidays & Overtime Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, as it enables us to serve a diverse customer base. Previous Experience in Alarm Monitoring or Security: Experience in the alarm monitoring or security industry is preferred.
