Key Responsibilities Perform data entry in EMR and other computer systems with accuracy and efficiency Prepare information for data entry, including gathering and organizing data Provide entry-level support for the data entry function, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues Perform high-volume data entry work, including typing, faxing, and operating data entry devices Maintain data entry requirements by following data program strategies and ensuring timely data entry and file management Review and confirm data before entry, and perform daily audits and data entry adjustments as needed Train new data entry employees on computer systems and provide support as needed Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including deleting data entry mistakes and making corrections Ensure data entry is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in customer service and data entry, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. You will also need to have a reliable computer, mobile phone or laptop, and access to a secure internet connection.
