Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our London Heathrow customer services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points. You will work closely with our team leaders and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding service, promote our products and services, and contribute to the success of our airline.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience at all contact points
Carry out various airport-related duties, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing
Work closely with team leaders and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding service and promote our products and services
Conduct administrative tasks, such as Atac, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centered approach at all times
Promote and sell our services and products to customers
Attend and complete all mandatory training within given time limits
Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
Carry out other reasonable duties as required
Requirements for Success

Essential Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Solution-oriented approach
Ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints
Ability to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimal supervision
Strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face contact with customers
Ability to represent the airline at all times
Well-groomed appearance
Ability and willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank, and public holidays)
Reliable and punctual
Compliant with all American Airlines policies and procedures
Ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard
In possession of a valid BAA airside pass
GSAT trained
Willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training
In possession of a valid DVLA driving license; post-holder must be willing to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required
Willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required
Desired Qualifications:
PC knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
