As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, providing information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures, and resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, helpful, and resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Assist passengers with booking, reservations, and changes to their travel plans, providing clear and concise information to ensure a smooth travel experience. Provide information about flight schedules, policies, and procedures, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and changes in our services and products. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency, taking ownership of each issue and working to resolve it in a fair and timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience, working closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback. Stay informed about blithequark's products and services to provide accurate information, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills. Requirements for Success: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Previous customer service experience is preferred, although we're willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Essential Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Previous customer service experience preferred, although we're willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus, although we're more interested in your skills, experience, and attitude than your academic credentials. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in the airline industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of airline operations, policies, and procedures. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Experience working with customer service software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues.
