Position Summary As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing a range of inquiries, including eligibility, provider changes, and requests for ID cards. You will be the face of CVS Health, delivering an excellent customer experience with every interaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and more. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every caller. Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable to perform job duties. Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Adhere to performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals. Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient. Must live within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD. Must commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working remotely in a call center setting.
